YAHUSHA said to the disciples in Yahuchanon (John) 13:34;
“I give you a new commandment: Love one another; you must love one another just as I have loved you. It is by your love for one another, that everyone will recognize you as my disciples”.
YAHUSHA said it clear. It is not by going to the temple or church and dancing or shouting on the pulpit that people will know we are His disciples, No. It is by love for one another. These words of our Master and Saviour- YAHUSHA, is what will judge us on the last day. It is the Nucleus of the Gospel. Let us start loving others like YAHUSHA loves us.
YAHUSHA loves us so much that He died for us that we may live in eternity with Him in the Kingdom of YAH. This means if we want to really love like Him, we must love to the point of dying for others if need be.
Maximilian Kolbe showed this example of what true love means.
Maximilian Maria Kolbe, O.F.M. Conv. was a Polish Conventual Franciscan friar, who volunteered to die in place of a stranger in the German death camp of Auschwitz, located in German-occupied Poland during World War II.

If we cannot share our breakfast, lunch or dinner with others, how can we even think of other harder sacrifices not to mention dying for others? You keep saying things are hard, but you have millions in your account but your neighbors are dying? Check yourself well. You have houses and plots everywhere but cannot help your own brothers, friends and even strangers, yet you are preparing for heaven.
You keep telling your congregation or church members that this year is their year of supernatural abundance, and your account is overflowing with millions from tithes, offerings, special offerings, provocative offerings, pull the hands of God offerings,blah blah blah, seeds they sowed and plants they planted and now they are dry and in hardships of various ranks, my dear pastor or Bishop or deacon or whatever you call yourself, check yourself well.
You keep saying am poor, I have no money to give, yet you have hands and legs and have millions of ways to help others in non-financial ways. My dear, there is no excuse for you. We have a lot to offer. Even a dead man adds nutrient to the soil, how much more we who are still living?
The greatest and highest of all Spiritual gift is Love. He that has true and genuine Love has YAH in him.
Why? It is very simple. “Whoever does not love does not know YAH, because YAH is love” – 1 john 4:8
The Apostle Yahuchanon said in Cepher Yahuchanon Ri’shon(1John)4:20 “Anyone who says ‘I love YAH’ and hates his brother, is a liar since no one who fails to love the brother whom he can see can love YAH whom he has not seen”.
Let us read from Letter of the Apostle Sha’ul(Paul) to the Corinthians. It is a classic on Love.
1 Corinthians 13:1-10.
“Though I command languages both human and angelic – if I speak without love, I am no more than a gong booming or a cymbal clashing. And though I have the power of prophecy, to penetrate all mysteries and knowledge, and though I have all the faith necessary to move mountains- if I am without Love, I am nothing. Though I should give away to the poor all that I possess and even give up my body to be burned- if I am without Love, it will do me no good whatever.
Love is always patient and kind; Love is never jealous; Love is not boastful or conceited, it is never rude and never seeks its own advantage, it does not take offense or store up grievances. Love does not rejoice at wrongdoing but finds its joy in the Truth. It is always ready to make allowances, to trust, to hope and to endure whatever comes.
Love never comes to an end. But if there are prophecies, they will be done away with; if tongues, the will fall silent; and if knowledge, it will be done away with. For we know only imperfectly, and we prophesy imperfectly; but once perfection comes, all imperfect things will be done away with”.
The scripture made it very clear and broke it down properly. Now let us go and make sure we do our spiritual check up very. Before we go, let’s pray.
YAH our Father, you are love. Teach us how to love. Take away our heart of stone and put a heart of flesh instead so that we may never be found wanting in Love, in the name of your beloved Son and Saviour our Adonai, YAHUSHA HAMASHIACH we ask. HALLELUYAH.
